We are seeking an administrative professional to fill this important position for our finance department. Candidate must enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude and the ability to create a good first impression on the telephone and in-person. This is a part time position, approx 25-28 hours a week. Starting Pay: $11.50 per hour. Confirm and Finalize shift hours for over 400 employees daily. Contact employees to resolve any discrepancies with shift hours. Support all office staff with answering incoming calls and record any messages for all office staff. Assist Finance Team Lead with Billing and Payroll (includes processing and printing reports, data entry, and assist with collections of hours) Manage collections accounts of 30 days or less past due (contact clients through phone, email and/or letters weekly). A list must be turned in to Financial Manager by Friday of each week of who has been contacted and balance due. Answer and problem solve questions in regard to billing and payroll. Assist with Insurance filling and follow up for clients (verifying benefits, setting up files, faxing invoices and other documents for claim processing) Audit Client cases weekly. Assistant is to review and make sure all paperwork is initialed and signed, Service deposit is collected (ACH form if waived) and billing address is correct in database. Assist Financial Manager on any special projects as needed Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in Billing and Payroll Preferred Job Qualifications: Enjoy working with people and coordinating all activities for a fast-growing senior related business Must be a team player and have a desire to exceed client expectations Strong presentation, telephone and follow-up skills Must be capable of handling multiple tasks and multiple phone lines Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.
