Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

The Human Resources Generalist will perform a variety of HR basic tasks with may include: benefits administration, performance and compensation management, recruiting/staffing/onboarding, employee relations, implementation of policies and procedures, training, HRIS support and employee communications.

Basic Qualifications

A BS degree in Human Resources or related field with 1-3 years experience as an HR Generalist is required. A good understanding of basic employment law and government compliance regulations are required (EEO, DCAA, audit teams, etc.), experience in the defense industry is preferred. Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency with MS Office is preferred. Previous experience with training databases is a plus. The ability to prioritize and organize work, along with strong oral and written communication skills with all levels of employees are required.
